Today sees the launch of our brand new seasonal menu, packed full of fresh ingredients from all over the country.
At The Bothy, we believe wholeheartedly in provenance and seasonality. For that reason, we work with over a dozen Scottish suppliers, from Orkney in the north all the way down to Arran in the south to ensure you get the very best Scotland has to offer.
Expect scallops all the way from the Isle of Barra, Loch Fyne Salmon and fresh bread from right here in Glasgow. Each of these ingredients has been lovingly incorporated into our brand new menu, showcasing the very best Scottish cuisine.
On Sundays we will still be offering our famous Sunday Roast. Join us and indulge in succulent meat, proper roast spuds and plenty of seasonal veg. Not forgetting our extensive list of fine wines and whiskies, the perfect accompaniment to any meal.
